Welcome to Levavi Holistic Psychotherapy (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

1. Our Services

Levavi Holistic Psychotherapy provides therapeutic support including, but not limited to:

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®)
The Levavi Freedom Programme
Guided meditations and audio downloads
The Calm Code e-book
Emotional wellbeing resources and courses
Live and virtual workshops and events

All services are for adults aged 18 and over.

2. Professional Standards

Levavi Holistic Psychotherapy adheres to high professional and ethical standards. RTT® is a recognised form of hypnotherapy and not a substitute for medical advice or diagnosis. We do not treat or prescribe for physical illness or crisis situations. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made via our online platform, email, or direct communication.
Payment must be received in full before any session or service is delivered.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may change at our discretion.
Invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations will be provided electronically.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We do not offer refunds once a service has commenced.
If you are unable to attend a booked session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule.
If you miss your session without notice, the session will be considered forfeit.
In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, we may offer an alternative session at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in our services, you agree to:

Participate honestly and openly within the bounds of your comfort.
Take full responsibility for your own wellbeing, decisions, and outcomes.
Inform us of any relevant mental health, neurological, or medical history before your first session.
Respect the therapeutic space, confidentiality, and the collaborative nature of our work.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

Exceptions to confidentiality include:

Where required by law
Where there is a risk of harm to self or others
When disclosure is necessary for safeguarding concerns

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, audio downloads, graphics, meditations, and written materials, is the property of Levavi Holistic Psychotherapy unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

No outcomes can be guaranteed.
Services offered do not replace professional medical advice or prescribed treatment.
